Update: This diffuser stopped working after 1 month of daily use. I know we live in a planned obsolescence world, but 1 month lifespan is unacceptable, downgraded the stars to reflect this.This is a really great aromatherapy mist diffuser, and is super quiet, you can barely hear it even sitting right next to it. The aroma dispersion is great, just 3 drops of essential oil on top of the full water reservoir really does disperse a light scent throughout the room - I first tried it with 6 drops, based on a prior mist dispenser I had, and found that much to strong, so this disperser is much mor thrifty with your essential oils. The birdcage design is cute, and the lighted center is nice, too. The ‘music’ modes are kind of odd, but I got it for the aromatherapy and humidifier functions and am very pleased with it.
