What a beautiful couch! The color is simply gorgeous and the material is really good! Assembly was NOT complicated at all; I actually did it by myself even though it recommends for it to be done by two people. As you see in the photo, there are only 4 steps to follow to put this recliner together. The only part that I found challenging was actually turning the nails to attach the (back) legs.I can tell this couch will last a long time; very sturdy and strong. But then again, there are no small children in my home and the instructions for care does state to not let children be unattended while reclined to avoid this being used as a step stool and such.Once again, the color is exquisite! Definitely the perfect selection to bring in a pop of color into any room. On the other hand, to keep the color as beautiful for a long time it recommends keeping it from direct sunlight to prevent fading. The only CON for me was the pricing. I feel a chair like this could had gone for at least $50 less considering the assembly that had to be done by me.Almost forgot to mention: they included a decorative white pillow! (pictured) What a nice touch!ONE YEAR LATER (UPDATE):Sighs....too good to be true! Colors were so beautiful and rich at first but now is just looks like the recliner is just dirty and 10 years old! I even protected it from direct sunlight as instructed. But that's not even the worst part......it has become SO uncomfortable! With regular use the seat cushion has flattened. Obviously furniture wears away with time...but this is to be expected after a FEW years of normal wear and tear NOT 14 months later after purchase.1) The cushion from the armrests are TERRIBLE! This part has also flattened-especially around the elbow area so when you recline and rest your arms the wood pierces through and you can feel the wood as if a piece of cloth was thrown over to cover it. The back cushion is TERRIBLE as well, my parent and I have taken naps on it a few times and rested on it when we're simply tired from the day only to wake up with the worst lower back pain! The footrest is TERRIBLE as well because it lowers as you recline and doesnt really hold up your legs as much to provide that much sought after comfort. Very....VERY cheaply made and SO overpriced! DO NOT BUY! Get a good brand name furniture instead. Some things are better off just buying in person. It a nice chair for decoration but it’s not fir sitting in .. the chair won’t recline unless your do it before sitting in the chair.. The price is to high it should have been around 150.00 at the most …Not enough comfort. More padding needed.A little smaller than we thought, but otherwise beautiful ?.You have to decide what is acceptable when you shop for furniture. You can go to a place where you can sit on a chair or you can buy on line and take your chances. This one isn’t bad for what you pay. It isn’t going to compare to a $600.00 chair but it is sturdy enough for someone under 250 pounds. The recline is push back and you have to position yourself right or the chair will glide forward. Typical of budget recliners. It came with a burlap pillow but that isn’t really a selling point. The color is spot on in the picture but, its a little on the small side. However its for an 11yr old so, it works fine. Also, me and my husband are not small people and we can sit in it fine the chair holds up. But, I wouldn't sit back and binge watch anything sitting in that chair.Cute accent chair that is fairly easy to assemble by myself. Not comfortable as it will not stay reclined unless you constantly push on it and it is way too small/short for legs ..I am 5’6”.Easy to put together and sturdy enough to handle my busy family. The color is gorgeous and at this price I won’t feel bad if it only last 5 years :)
