I've had multiple of these Galaxy projectors some of the earlier versions and actually the previous version from this exact same company. It went out on me in about a month's time. I wound up updating the review to a pretty low rating because after a month it completely going bonkers is ridiculous. I didn't realize this was the same company until after I had already ordered it. That being said, I just put the order in this morning and I already have it so it seems like they're making an effort to get stuff to the customers quick so that's definitely one positive. And this new generation model is better in so many ways than the previous one was. First thing noticeable is there's a lot more maneuverability on where the lens is pointing. It also has a remote with it this time. And some other cool features like the white noise that's built into it for the sound machine or Bluetooth hook up to play your own music or melody. It has some better ambient lighting effects than the previous one had as well and also has a digital clock with the date and temperature on it on the side. The whole unit looks a lot more appealing and you instantly get the feeling that you're getting your money's worth. After hooking everything up and going through some of the discs, The next thing that I noticed that was better is this one focuses so much clearer. I'm literally looking at the moon and Ultra HD. You can't really do it justice with a picture you have to see it yourself. If you're a space fanatic like I am there's nothing quite like falling asleep to some realistic images from the universe projected over your head. It had a lot of the same discs that the previous model had with it and a few new ones. There's definitely a large assortment to go through so you'll never get bored looking at the same thing. The meteor effects are a whole lot more realistic with this one they're very smooth and I actually believe they look like meteors instead of smooches of lines randomly appearing. I think the only thing that I can find that I don't like about it is the thing that I said I liked about it the first sentence lol. I love the way you can aim it with so much freedom compared to the previous generation, but it literally just sits on that arched bottom piece. If you bump it the slightest bit it's moving all over the place. If they could have had it the same way but where it was still somehow attached in a track so maybe it ratchet clicked in place ? but at this point I'm not going to be too picky about it I'm just happy I've got one that's working and hopefully it keeps working and I will 100% let you know and this post with an update if it doesn't you can count on that. But as of now my review is great and I recommend it.
