*Update* After posting this review, i decided to contact the seller directly to share my issue and to inform them that others have had the same issue. I simply requested new brackets as i felt that this was the cause of the issue. Instead of sending new brackets, the company owned the issue entirely and sent me a new Humidor which did not have this issue. They were not difficult to work in the slightest. Furthermore, after i received the new Humidor, they contacted me again to ensure i was fully satisfied. Updated my review to 5 stars for two reasons: 1. The exceptional customer service which is so rare to find now days. 2. with the Humidor aligning properly, it looks like a piece which should be priced Much higher than the $110 i paid. At first glance, the humidor looks well-constructed and i can easily fit 100 sticks. However, after a few weeks of having it, i noticed that the door does not align correctly and i have the same issue as another reviewer (he posted a few pics showing the issue). The door closes at an angle and does not align properly with the box. When the door is closed, you can clearly see that the door does not sit flush with the cabinet. I no longer have the original box and don't want to deal with packaging/shipping it back so i will deal with it, but it is a big disappointment and i would not recommend.
